You need to make an ATC in any theme as long as it relates in some way to the name of your favourite nail polish colour or a colour that that you think would be interesting to create artwork for. Example: Coney Island Cotton Candy, Vixen, Tea Rose, Nine to Five etc. Only stipulation is that is must be a REAL nail polish colour - any brand - and that your ATC artwork reflects the name of the nail polish in some way. You could even paint sections with your nail polish colour.
